Food Allergens:

We strive to provide a selection of products for clients who have certain food allergies, follow special diets, or prefer specific ingredients. Despite taking every precaution we cannot guarantee that our items are free of trace amounts of nuts, tree nuts, soy, or other allergens.

​What kind of sugar do you use?

We use stevia as a sugar substitute. Some of the fillings or toppings might have some naturally occurring sugar content because of the fruit ingredients but we do not add any refined sugars.

​What flour do you use?

We use brown rice flour and gluten free rolled oat as the base of our bakes.
However we cannot guarantee our products are free of trace amounts of gluten from the base ingredient manufacturing process

Are your products healthy?

​We believe eating should be enjoyable and sustainable. We believe that “healthy” shouldn’t come at the expense of flavor, and that “indulging” doesn’t always have to come with a side of guilt. All of our goods are made fresh and with locally sourced quality ingredients. We strive to keep our treats high in protein, stevia sweetened and use wheat alternative flours such as oat & rice flour for clients who are sensitive to gluten. 

Our main ingredients are:

- Vegan protein and clean whey/casein blends
- Brown rice flour and/or rolled oats, which is high in fiber and increases satiety.
- Coconut oil, which is a healthy fat that promotes good metabolism and joint health.
- Stevia, which is a great plant-based, zero calorie sugar substitute that helps curb sugar cravings and gives our products a touch of sweetness.

How long do the Protein Donuts keep for?
8 days best eaten refrigerated and 3 months in the freezer.

Do you have vegan options?

​Yes, we do have vegan options available. Flavors on our product pages will be noted if they are a vegan friendly option.



At this time we only ship to Hawaii & the US Mainland (50 states) via the United States Postal Service


I'd like to cancel an order:

Email us ASAP and we can attempt to pull it from the queue. If it has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

My shipment got returned because I inputted a wrong address or did not update my subscription address:

Baked Fit Hawaii is not responsible if you enter the wrong address. Because USPS does not refund shipping costs, there will be additional fees to reship. Please contact us and we'll send you an invoice to reship your order. If you choose to cancel your order, there is a 10% service fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the original shipment.

I inputted the wrong shipping address, can you ship to a different address?
You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. We do not replace shipments that are shipped to the wrong address because of a customer error. If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we can attempt to cancel it from the queue (no guarantees).
